My windshield was severely damaged one business day before I needed to drive out of town. I called more than half a dozen repair shops first thing in the morning, and Paragon was the only one that would work with me to accommodate same day windshield replacement (on a Friday no less!). This was not an easy thing for them either, as their office assistant had to rework technician schedules to fit me in.

Two technicians came to my home to complete the repair early that afternoon. They had the glass in stock, even though my car is more than 20 years old and is an unusual make/model. When I had difficulty with my insurance, the technicians offered to speak to a representative to work through the claim process and ensure billing went through their office. This saved me hundreds of dollars and a huge amount of stress.

The repair was completed as promised, in about one hour, and the work was clean, complete, and left me safe to drive once more.
